1. Terms of Account & Use

To access certain features of this website (courses, online timed exams, leaderboard), you must register as a student or school and verify your mobile number via WhatsApp OTP. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords.

2. Course Fees and E-Commerce Payments

All online checkouts for digital courses, tiered school packages, and physical books are collected securely via our verified payment gateway partner, Razorpay. You agree to pay the fees displayed on our website at checkout. All payments are securely processed using credit/debit cards, UPI, netbanking, or digital wallets with 256-bit encryption.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to offer highly structured mental arithmetic and speed math courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund rules are as follows:

Digital Courses & School Plans: You can request a full refund within 7 days of your enrollment. Refund requests submitted after 7 days are not eligible.
Physical Bookstore Merchandise: If a textbook or kit arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you may request a replacement or return within 10 days of delivery. Return items must be in unused condition.
How to Claim a Refund: Send a refund request email to sajiandsaji@gmail.com along with your Razorpay transaction reference ID.
Refund Process Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (bank account, card, or UPI) via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

For any physical books, worksheets, or curriculum kits purchased in our bookstore:

Order Processing Time: All orders are packaged and processed within 2 to 3 business days from receipt of payment.
Delivery Timeline: Domestic shipments are shipped via registered courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, or India Post). Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your delivery address.
Shipping Fees: Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment.
Order Tracking: Students can track their merchandise order status directly from their **Student Dashboard** under the "Merch Orders" tab.

5. Intellectual Property

All curriculum material, Vedic math lesson content, graphics, custom exams, questions, videos, logo designs, and system code on this website are the intellectual property of VMAT. Users may not copy, republish, or commercialize our training resources without explicit written authorization.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
