What is Vedic Mathematics and who is it for?

Vedic Math is an ancient Indian system of mental calculations featuring 16 Sutras (formulae). It is highly recommended for school students aged 6–16 to replace slow conventional methods with rapid calculations. It dramatically improves calculation speed, spatial thinking, and confidence in math.

What is the VMAT 3R Method?

Our proprietary **3R Method** stands for **Revise, Retain, and Reinforce**. We structure our curriculum around spaced repetition, active recall drills, and interleaved exam challenges to ensure long-term retention and double your child's memory span.

2. School Portal & Enrollment

How does the School account work?

Schools or coaching institutes can purchase tiered volume plans for any course (e.g. 50, 100, or 500 student seats). From their School Dashboard, they can add and enroll students into their courses for free, track individual student progress, and schedule live Zoom classes directly for their enrolled batches.

How do students access their courses?

Once enrolled (either individually or added by a school), students log in to their dashboard using their registered WhatsApp number via an automated OTP. All study modules, HTML interactive lessons, scheduled zoom classes, and exam attempts are available under their dashboard tab.

3. Payments, Refunds & E-Commerce

Are payments on your website secure?

Yes! All online transactions on VMAT are securely processed via Razorpay. We employ standard 256-bit SSL encryption to safely route your card, UPI, netbanking, or wallet checkouts. We never receive or store your credit card credentials on our servers.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day full refund for all digital courses and school seat plans. For bookstore physical books and kits, you can request returns or exchanges within 10 days of delivery if they are defective. Approved refunds are credited back to your original source of payment within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

How long does workbook delivery take?

Physical books and curriculum kits are packaged and shipped from our Bangalore office within 2–3 business days. Delivery via our trusted courier partners takes approximately 5 to 7 business days across India. You can track your shipment status directly from your Student Dashboard.
